Shipping & Returns Policies
Domestic Shipping Rates:
FREE UPS/USPS GROUND SHIPPING on orders of $100+ (AK, HI, PR excepted)
UPS/USPS Ground $6.95 FLAT RATE SHIPPING on orders under $100 (AK, HI, PR
excepted)

Cold & Hot Shipping:
Orders containing cold or heat sensitive products will be $9.95 for shipping if the
order is under $100, and will have a surcharge of $3 if using express shipping. We
do not ship temperature-sensitive products (e.g. probiotics) on a Thursday or Friday
to avoid potential prolonged heat or cold exposure. UPS 2nd Day Air recommended
on all cold-ship items from April-October. Next Day Air may be required if shipping
to: CA, AZ, NM, NV, TX, LA, AL, MS, FL, GA.
Glass Shipping:
Because of the sensitive nature of the product extra packaging is needed. Orders
containing glass items will be $13.95 for shipping if the order is under $100. A
surcharge of $7.00 will be applied for express shipping if the order is under $100.
Order Processing:
Orders with standard shipping received by 4:00 PM MST are processed for
shipment the same day. Special delivery/non-standard shipping options are
shipped same day when received by 3:00 PM MST. If you require special shipping
such as next day, 2nd day or Postal delivery, please note this in the note section of
your order.
Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Returns:
We will accept unopened, unmarked product for return within 30 days of purchase
for credit on your account or a refund to your credit card. All returns will be
charged a 20% restocking fee. Please call for authorization prior to shipment. No
returns accepted after 30 days. Excluded from returns are perishables, probiotics
and cold ship items.
Price Changes:
All prices are subject to change without notice. MHP is not liable for errors or
omissions.
Damaged /Missing Items:
If you receive a shipment that contains a broken/damaged item or if an item is
missing, we require you notify our office within 7 business days. Pictures of the
shipping box and damaged items are required to expedite resolution. If there is any
damage to the outside of the box, please keep the shipping materials (until we have
approved of their disposal). We will work to correct the problem promptly either
through credit or a shipping call-tag.
